Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication

Design for the future
As the company’s technological driver, we see ourselves as a link between receipt of the order and the technical implementation of specific customer requirements. An 18-strong team, we design and detail every order from special spare parts up right to general power plant installation plans. Our job requires state-of-the-art databases, the latest expertise and research that gives our developers the freedom to turn visionary innovations into everyday reality in power plant engineering.
Intensive research

As well as the actual handling of the orders, with the help of a documented 3500 cups of coffee a year, we search tirelessly for new paths and solutions to make our products even better and even safer. As an example of this, we have been taking part in the "725 °C" high-tech research project for many years. We have thousands of drawings in our archive and each month we produce enough new ones to cover a football pitch, and some of them result in valuable patents for our company.

We provide answers
We find the answers to all technical questions and take care of the details. Our pressure-retaining components are guaranteed for their whole service life – usually 200,000 hours’ operation (= 22.831 years). That means we engineer wear parts for valves to last for more than 50 years. We are used to developing valves for ultra-super-critical power plants (USCs) around the world. We develop, plan and procure even the smallest bolts from special material if necessary, even if costs many times more than a normal bolt. We can consult drawings that were made before we were born. And even if we have to leave the office shortly so that a new annealing furnace can be installed for production, then we’re happy to be able to help.
