From the presentation to maintaining customer relations, we are involved in every process related to customers. We find out what the customers want, add the missing information and organise internal coordination with other departments. We look after the customers during project handling, installation, commissioning and, if necessary, we also deal with complaints. No matter what’s happening, the project department is always in the middle of the action.
As soon as an offer becomes an actual project, a comprehensive planning process begins. Because the projects are so complex, Welland & Tuxhorn places great importance on planning. This is the only way that projects can be completed successfully and on time. The coordination of the various departments also depends upon our planning. This means we are responsible for the many people who are involved in the project, because they are what make it happen.
Constructive cooperation means more to us than just swapping information. Goodwill, a positive attitude and confidence are also part of it. These emotional aspects are important factors in the successful cooperation and smooth workflow that is so essential for us at the project department.
